For the last couple of years, The New Yorker magazine has been running their 'Your Eustace' contest, asking artists to represent their own version of the iconic New Yorker mascot. The New Yorker has a longstanding tradition of illustrated only covers, and enthused in part by the challenge and also the fun of tackling the subject matter, this is my entry for the 2010 contest.
